And in the few cases, where the SSS approach is less conservative about
the status quo (as it includes a possible winner, which is not included
in the normal smith set), then the property "when the status quo had won
in the absence of supermajority requirements, then it also wins in the
presence of supermajority requirements" is violated!
This is another argument for using the normal smith set instead of the
supermajority smith set.
