[lqfb-main] LiquidFeedback API specification and API test

Dear friends,

as already published at our blog some time ago (link see below), we released 
Version 2.0.0 of the Core of LiquidFeedback and started a public alpha test of 
our new programming interface.

Big parts of the specification of the programming interface are already done 
and available at http://dev.liquidfeedback.org/trac/lf/wiki/API

The implementation called lfapi is partly done. The current implementation 
status and installation instruction are available at 
http://dev.liquidfeedback.org/trac/lf/wiki/lfapi

If you are interested in creating an application for LiquidFeedback, consider 
to register at http://apitest.liquidfeedback.org/ to get an account at our 
public testing instance of lfapi and start programming. Please let us and 
other people know about your project, so we can help each other.
