[lqfb-main] Multiple instances or is unit based access control possible?

Addition to the previous:

If there is some access control available based on units, the delegation
chains need to be disconnected based on the voting rights, what ever they
are based. Sounds complex and intensive, thus, I doubt is possible. But
comments are always welcome.
