Display member count always, where applicable

It would really help understanding the system, verifying it and trusting it if the member/participant/supporter count was displayed everywhere.

Specifically at:

• unit.show: eligible voters (tab button) - similar to how it's done on area.show for members.
• issue.show: Interested members (section label)
• initiative.show: Supporters & Potential Supporters (section label)

I would also ask to improve the issue/policy details by adding some "live" information. For example (only proposed changes):

Population          12     --> Population     12 (area:6, issue:4+2)
Issue quorum        10 %
Currently required   2     --> Currently      5 out of 2 required (green)
Initiative quorum   10 %
Currently required   2     --> Currently      1 out of 2 required (yellow/orange)

I can create a mock-up if required but I think you get the idea and you're more qualified to do it right.
