Database Error

i received a database error when i try to access to the application.

Database error of class SyntaxErrorOrAccessRuleViolation occured:

i have follow the standard installation tutorial located at:
http://dev.liquidfeedback.org/trac/lf/wiki/installation (without no errors).

folder tree installation is this one:

Apache v2.2.15
Postgresql v 9.1.4
liquid_feedback_core v2.0.11
rocketwiki-lqfb- v0.4
liquid_feedback_frontend- v2.0.0

never mind, permissions for the www-data user in PostgreSQL were not inherited correctly across all tables, so I had to manually add them
