[API] Ordentliches XML und XSD-Schema

Description

Für die API sollte valides XML eingesetzt und mit einem XSD-Schema formal definiert werden. Derzeit stimmt die API an mehreren Stellen nicht mit der Doku überein (NULL ist kein int, nil wird in XML anders ausgedrückt). Die derzeitige Situation macht es schwierig, die API zu nutzen.
