Ticket #343 (new defect)
Lua crashes with a segfault when I try to login as admin after install
|Reported by:||dunsens@…||Owned by:|
With both the "admin" account (init.sql) and the user1 account (demo.sql) (have changed the admin's password with pgadmin, password for user1 is "user1" in the pg-table) lua crashes here in libc with me. This happens on both Debian lenny and Ubuntu Maverick. I guess it is a bug in lua, but I am curious if it might depend on the setup somehow, as I have otherwise a pretty vanilly setup. Maybe I have to use md5 to generate a valid hash? Still this should not crash. Sometimes I get 500 Internal server error, mostly I simply get an empty file though.
lua: segfault at 7b4721a0 ip 00007f7a7bb44e52 sp 00007fff73703f18 error 4 in libc-2.12.1.so[7f7a7bac2000+17a000]
on Maverick the versions are:
libc: 2.12.1-0ubuntu6 (eglibc)
Installed from trunk. I don't know how to trace the lua call from lighttpd.
